this is an interesting question, and the short answer is that we do have limits. Profanity is a natural part of everyday speech, and we try to honor that. We are not in the business of limiting or interpreting personal expression. But there are times when transcribers are faced with something they think goes beyond what's reasonable. There have been a few accounts that's needed to be locked, but we're talking low single digits.
